I'm Lilian, and I'm a self taught digital artist.
I like to question my journey as a woman, as a partner, as a member of society, as a human being. Through the magic of my words, and the combination of strokes, I create something new out of chaos to put order in my mind.
For me, art is made by connection. The ability to tell stories that bring us together on a experience, a feeling, a sensation. Connection is reflected on how I perceive and like to play around with different elements - science and myth, religious and esoteric, inner and outer views, inclusion and togetherness.
In my work I always seek to evoke a thought or a feeling that drives a conversation, I’m eager to see and connect with different views and emotions - to observe what the same symbols can bring according to each person’s own universe - as well as the universal understanding that we can all connect to.
We are all here with the ability to create, that’s our divine power, and universal gift. We create in different forms and are here to express it in different ways - when we connect to our creative power we are able to bring something new to existence - we do this all the time without even noticing. Creation is the core of how we shape narratives and face new challenges.
In a world that numbs you to survive reality, creating art - meaning - connection - togetherness - and tap into our collective creative power is the most revolutionary thing one can do.
