Inspired by reading the book American Gods, I decided to draw my own version of Shadow - the scene where he gets his liberty coin was very vivid in my mind, as I could see the metaphor of his name translated into a beautiful idea of being bathed by moonlight, light and shadow, liberty and loneliness.
